READER'S DIGEST: Sunburns be gone

Last year, I got a really bad sunburn in Thailand. The burn was situated mostly in my, um, sit bone area, and to this day, I still have the lines to prove it. For Reader's Digest, I write about 10 awesome foods that offer sun protection. Eat these and you'll never have to experience how awkward it is to sit on a burnt bum.
